Insure4Less provides an independent insurance price search service. We search the market to find competitive car and van insurance quotes on your behalf. We are not an insurance broker or intermediary and are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

2. Nature of Service

Our service involves:

• Searching the insurance market using your provided details
• Presenting quotes from various insurers for your consideration
• Providing information to help you make an informed decision

We do not provide advice on which policy to choose. The decision to purchase any insurance policy is entirely yours.

3. Our Fees

Our service fee structure is as follows:

• Our fee is only payable when we find you a saving compared to your current or best-found quote
• The fee amount will be agreed with you before you commit to proceed
• If we cannot find you a saving, you pay nothing
• The fee is paid directly to us and is separate from your insurance premium

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for quote searches
• Inform us of any changes to your circumstances
• Review all policy documents before purchasing
• Make your own decision about which policy to purchase

5. Insurance Policies

When you purchase an insurance policy, your contract is directly with the insurer, not with us. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or performance of any insurance policy. Any claims or disputes should be directed to your insurer.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to provide accurate quote information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of quotes provided by insurers. We are not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on information we provide or decisions you make based on our service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. If you have already paid our fee and we have provided quotes, no refund will be due. If we have not yet provided quotes, any payment will be refunded in full.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
